1. Intentional abuse, excessive command spam, or any attempt to crash, exploit, or disrupt Exterminator is strictly prohibited.

2. Exterminator may not be used in servers dedicated to activities that cause excessive automated traffic.

3. William (also known as Willtheham) reserves the right to deny or revoke access to Exterminator for any user or server, at any time, for any reason.

4. You are fully responsible for any violations or misuse of Exterminator that occur through your account or server.

5. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time.

6. Exterminator must not be used in any way that violates the Discord Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

7. All users and servers utilizing Exterminator are required to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service at all times.

8. Users and servers may not attempt to copy, access, decompile, modify, or steal the bot or any of its code or assets.

9. Any user or server found in violation of these terms may have their access to Exterminator immediately revoked and may face further consequences if necessary.
